| To reserve the
Penthouse,
follow these simple instructions: 1. Choose dates you want to stay. Click on our calendar below to verify that those dates are still available. Already reserved dates will be marked red in the calendar. Even if your pre- ferred dates are taken, contact us at the telephones below. Some last-minute cancellations might have occurred which do not show in our calendar and might benefit you. 2. Click on the "Rates" button at the bottom of previous page (HOME PAGE) to know how much deposit is required to reserve apartment, according to dates and length of stay. 3. Call 939-645-1839 or 787-834-1798 or 939-645-1838 or 787-808-7268 to confirm apartment availability on selected dates and book reservation. 4. Confirm your stay by paying the deposit required. This can be done several ways. Choose the deposit payment method you want from below: Method #1 - Pay with VISA or MasterCard (Preferred method): We accept major credit cards. Pay you deposit by phone with any VISA or MasterCard you may have. Call the same telephone numbers above to make this transaction. Sorry, only VISA and MasterCard are accepted. Method #2 - Deposit into Owner's Bank Account: By calling any of the telephones above, you will be provided with a bank account number at Banco Popular de Puerto Rico. Please go to any Banco Popular branch and deposit into the "Checking" section of the account given the deposit amount required to reserve the Penthouse. This bank account belongs to the owners of the apartment, whose names and address are given below: William M. Bogdel & Gloria Quiñones Paseo Los Robles 3016 José M. Monge St. Mayagüez, Puerto Rico 00682-7918 Method #3 - Send Check by Mail to Owners: Send a check for the deposit amount payable to "William Bogdel" to the owners' address given above. Method #4 - Pay with ATM (ATH in Puerto Rico): We also accept deposit payments with your bank's ATM (ATH) card. This transaction, however, cannot be made by telephone since the person must enter a secret pin number in a pin pad. So, you would have to travel to our home office in Mayagüez (address given above) to pay this way. Feel free to visit us if you are nearby and feel this is a good pay- ment option for you. 5. If you desire, a receipt for the deposit payment can be provided to you either by e-mail or standard correspondence. Let's us know by phone if you want a receipt for the transaction and provide an e-mail or mailing address. 6. We will contact you a couple of days prior to your stay to brief you on check-in/check-out procedures. At that moment, we will also confirm with you desired check-in and check-out times. Normally, check-in time is 3pm or after but special arrangements can be made if an earlier check-in time is required. Check-out time is 12pm (noon). If interested in staying for a few more hours after 12pm on departure date, an additional rate of $10 per hour will apply, which will be payable to the owner in cash at the moment of departure. 7. At the moment of check-in, you will be required to sign a LEASE CONTRACT and fill a CLIENT PERSONAL INFORMATION FORM. Both forms are available to you by clicking on the buttons below. Feel free to review, familiarize with, print, and even bring the forms filled on check-in day and that will save you some time. |
a. If you cancel reservation
more than 20 days prior to stay, you will receive 100% of
your deposit back. b. If you cancel reservation within the 20 days prior to your stay, NO DEPOSIT will be refunded. c. Check-in time is 3pm but earlier check-in can be especially arranged. d. Check-out time is 12pm (noon). Any additional hours after 12pm will be charged to the client at $10/hour, payable at check-out moment. e. The deposit money will be applied to the total rental bill. Full payment of the remaining rental balance is due at check-in time. f. A full inspection of the apartment will be performed at check-out. If any item is found broken or missing from the apartment during the check-out inspection, the customer will held responsible for such loss and an additional fee for the replacement of the such item(s), if any, will be added to the total rental bill. The customer promises to pay this addition- al charge at check-out and after inspection. Such payment shall be made in cash or with check for full amount of damages payable to William Bogdel. g. No pets are allowed (except my own below).
